In order for us to process your request as quickly as possible, please complete the online form if one of the following applies to you:
- You're having problems using a Pass
- You want to request information about your Pass
- You want to request a duplicate of your Pass
- You want to make a complaint
If you did not buy your Pass directly from Air France, please contact the point of sale (e.g. travel agency) to submit your request from Air France, we can send it to you, upon payment of the shipping fees.
