You can access your virtual card on your smartphone or tablet in the Flying Blue section of the Air France app. Simply tap your card to expand it.

If you are an Elite or Elite Plus member (Silver, Gold or Platinum), you can request a new plastic card by contacting your dedicated customer service. There is no physical card for Explorer.

Tip: if you use an iPhone, you can download your virtual card with Apple Wallet. Simply go to the Flying Blue section of the Air France app and tap 'Add to Apple Wallet'.
