If your baggage has been missing more than 21 days, unfortunately we have no option other than to offer you compensation.
You are entitled to compensation of up to €1,295 (according to the Montreal convention) if you provide sufficient proof of purchase, e.g. original receipts or invoices.
Claim compensation for missing baggage
Please note: when you check in your baggage at the airport, you can make a special declaration detailing the value of your belongings when they exceed the maximum planned compensation (€1,295*). You may increase the compensation for your baggage for an additional fee.
* Compensation is counted in Special Drawing Rights (SDR), the unit of currency used by the International Monetary Fund (IMF). 1,131 SDR is the equivalent of approximately €1,295. (The conversion rate varies according to fluctuations in currency.)
