Chez Lulu: charming restaurant, shop, and outpost of Italian cuisine

Enjoy a walk in Hyères and discover this small, friendly, and very popular restaurant.

Like local insiders, take a seat at Lulu. Despite barely three tables being available inside and a terrace overlooking a pedestrian street crowded on summer evenings, this Italian grocery store turned trattoria is hugely popular among locals. The Italian cuisine is very authentic and of the highest quality with Pugliese linguine, Genoese green pesto trofie, eggplant gratin, roast of suckling pig in rosemary with red hot pepper jelly, lemon and olive oil-marinated ham hock confit, Italian cold cuts, linguine alle vongole… The menu changes seasonally and according to market availabilities, for your renewed enjoyment. And if you care to reproduce those sensations at home, you may even leave with a packet of Italian pasta or a bottle of Sicilian olive oil for instance.

The place has been enlarged and the adjoining shop offers Italian aperitifs and live jazz concerts several evenings a month.
