Following the success of the 1st edition of the CHEESE DAY, which included 34 exhibitors and over 2,000 visitors, Jean François Hesse, General Manager of the Agence Transversal Groupe Florence Gillier et Associés, redouble his efforts and presents the 2nd edition of the CHEESE DAY which will take place on February 20th 2017, at the InterContinental Paris le Grand hotel, with more than 800 square meters of private rooms.
Top and starred chefs, sommelier, master baker, and master butcher support the CHEESE DAY, event which will bring the best cheeses from France and abroad with the involvement of the greatest wines and spirits.
On the programme:
Studious and delicious atmosphere, tasting all day from 10AM and 6PM.
Festive night (and tasting) with the CHEESE NIGHT which will be extended to 10PM.
Milk Factory (Culinary Creative Lab Run by the French Dairy Interbranch Organization) will propose a master class: cheese pleasure and health.
Céline Rivier from the blog Les Pépites de Noisette will animate the stand Lait Plaisirs with tasting and culinary tricks.
Juan Arbelaez, chef of the restaurants, Nubé, Plantxa and Le Levain will be on the stand Saint Agur from12pm to1pm, and from 7pm to 8pm with tasting and culinary tricks.
CHEESE DAY does not stop here; a CHEESE WEEK will take place in France and in the United States, in the partner establishments from the 21st to 26th of February 2017.
